'बीबीए- एलएलबी', 'बीए-  एलएलबी', 'बीएलएस-एलएलबी' अशा कायदा शाखेच्या पाच वर्षांच्या अभ्यासक्रमासाठीच्या सामायिक प्रवेश परीक्षेच्या अर्ज प्रक्रियेला सुरुवात  करण्यात आली आहे. कायद्याचे  शिक्षण देणाऱ्या अनुदानित संस्था, शासकीय कॉलेज आणि काही खासगी  महाविद्यालयांमध्ये प्रवेश घेण्यासाठी  ही प्रवेश परीक्षा उपयुक्त ठरणार आहे. 'सेलतर्फे राज्यात केंद्र निश्‍चिंत  करण्यात येणारं असून या केंद्रांवर विंद्यार्थ्यांना ऑनलाइन परीक्षा द्यावी लागणार आहे. सेलकडून देण्यात आलेल्या सत्रामध्येच विद्यार्थ्याला केंद्रावर जाऊन परीक्षा देणे बंधनकारक आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांना https://cetcell.mahacet.org या वेबसाइटवर जाऊन अर्ज करता येणार आहेत. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा एकूण १५० गुणांची असून पाच विषयांमध्ये त्याची विभागणी करण्यात आली आहे. पाच विषयांमध्ये 'लीगल अँप्टिट्युड अँड लीगल रिझनिंग' (४० गुण), जनरल नॉलेज विथ करंट अफेअर्स (३० गुण), लॉजिकल अँड अँनालिटिकल रिझनिंग (४० गुण), इंग्लिश (३० गुण), मॅथॅमॅटिकल अँप्टिट्युड (१० गुण) अशा पडत ण १५० गुणांची परीक्षा होणार आहे.

MAH-LLB CET 3year/5year Topic Wise Syallabus 

MH CET Law 2021 Syllabus has been released for 3 years and 5 years LLB programmes. Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) is organized for offering admission to the professional degree course of Law. It is a state level entrance exam through which candidates can get admission in 3 & 5 years of LL.B course. The exam is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra. It is also referred as Maharashtra Law CET. Various Maharashtra law universities will consider its score card for offering admission. In this article, we have provided the MH CET Law Syllabus 2021.

The syllabus is prescribed by the authority to be considered by the aspirants. Candidates must prepare as per the syllabus given by the officials. The syllabus for both (3 year LL.B and 5 year LL.B) is different.

MAH-LLB CET 3year/5year Eligibility Criteria

 

3-year LLB  

 

• The candidate must have passed graduation with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized university. SC and ST category candidates domiciled in Maharashtra must score at least 40% marks in the qualifying exam.  

 

• VJNT, SBC and OBC category candidates of Maharashtra must score at least 42% marks in the qualifying examination.  

 

• Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to appear in the MH CET law entrance examination for 3-year LLB admissions.  

 

5-year LLB  

 

• Candidates applying for the 5-year LLB admission test of MH CET law should have passed Class 12th from a recognized board or institution.  

 

• The candidates must score at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination. SC and ST category candidates must score at least 40% marks. Whereas the VJNT, SBC and OBC category candidates must score minimum 42% marks in the qualifying exam.  

 

• Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible for appearing the state level law entrance examination.  

 

 How to fill MAH CET Law Application Form 2021? 

 

• Visit the official website of MAHA CET.

• Select your course - 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB  Click on the registration link  

• Enter your name, parents name, mobile number and email Id.  

• Upload the recent passport size photograph and signature.The size of the photo should be 20kb - 50 Kb. And, signature size should be from 10 kb to 20 kb.  

 

Enter basic details in MAH CET Law Application Form 

• Enter the permanent address and correspondence address.  

• Also, fill the bank account details.  

• Select any three exam centres in the order of preference. 

 

Enter Educational qualification details 

 

• Enter Class 10th, Class 12th marks, board, percentage details.  

• For 3-year LLB, enter graduation details in addition to the school education details.  

• Submit MH CET law application form After entering all the details, candidates should take a preview of the filled-in application form. After confirming that all details are entered correctly, the candidates should submit the application form.
