The application should be addressed through normal post / registered post / speed post to Commandant, 41 FAD, Pin-9 09741, C / O56 APO. No application will be accepted by hand. Board will not be responsible for transit and loss of any application for postal delay. No TA / DA will be paid for any exam. Candidates will arrange themselves for boarding and housing. No application will be entertained after the due date. When forwarding the application, the envelope should be clearly marked, "Application for the post of Trademan Met / Joa / MA / Fireman / MTS also Ur / OBC / SC / ST / EWS / East Soldier / PH / MSP ( Whatever remove) is not suitable). (Post office number (pin) and category quote is mandatory).

Candidates are advised to advise themselves to attach themselves certified copies of documents (size 12 x 18 cm), an X has been addressed with 25 / - postage stamps. Please do not forward the original certificates with the application.

Birth certificate. 

Medical certificates from a registered medical practitioner for physical fitness. 

SC / ST certified legitimate caste certificate for self-self. 

OBC certified legitimate caste certificate for self. Education certificate with mark sheets (after matriculation). 

In the case of service from Letter / NOC from the photocopy and unit CO / OC of Discharge Certificate for EX-Servicemen, which was calculated by related OIC (Records) in the last year of discharge / retirement last year. 

According to Appendix 'B' 41 Fad / 255 (i) Certificate for Employment anywhere in Abu or India / According to Appendix 'C', the disability certificate for physically disability released by the CMO / Civil Surgeon of Government Hospital.

 According to Appendix 'D', the certificate obtained from the economically weak section (EWS) income and property certificates and competent certificates. 

02 x Extra recent passport size photos. In the case of the game person, please attach the certificate received by 'Sports Certificate' and Indal according to Appendix 'E'. 

Any ID evidence issued by the government department (voter card / driving license / passport) preferably the base card. 

Medical certificates from a registered medical practitioner for physical fitness.
