How to prepare for the karnataka psi exam?

The Government of Karnataka ( Karnataka Public Service Commission) conducts examinations for PSI recruitment in three different sections.Candidates are selected for the PSI posts in three phases. The three phases are as follows.1) Written Examination 2) Interview 3) Physical Efficiency.The candidate who completes these three stages is selected for the post of Police Sub-Inspector (PSI).

Karanataka PSI Exam Physical Efficiency Test Criteria.

• Running – 700 mtr. in 2 minutes for female And 1600 mtr. in 7 minutes for male.

• Shot Put – 3.75 meters for female And 5.6 meters for male.

 

•Long Jump – 2.5 mtr. for female And 3.8 mtr. for male

The above physical test stages are very important. If you successfully complete the physical test in three stages, your will be completed in the test.then your selection chances is increased.
